Free classes at the SuRF?
The Bellarmine SuRF has always been a place for students to go and workout during the pandemic, it recently rescinded the mask mandate and reopened classes for students to attend. The most visited classes are butts and Guts, taekwondo, TRX, bootcamp and yoga all of which are offered for free.
This is the weekly schedule for classes:
Butts and guts are offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 p.m.
Taekwondo is offered Tuesdays at 6 p.m.
TRX is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 p.m.
Bootcamp is offered Wednesdays at 5 p.m.
Yoga is offered Mondays at 6 p.m. in the Sienca Terzo Lounge
All classes are in the SuRF unless otherwise noted.
